The criminal chamber of first instance in charge of financial crimes at the Rabat Court of Appeal decided, on Wednesday evening, to postpone, to 28 November, the trial of the six people prosecuted in the context of the "Comanav" shipping company case.
The court also postponed the examination of the defence's request to summon witnesses, until the hearing of the prosecuted persons. It also rejected the requests for provisional release presented by their lawyers.
