Following the death of a young girl who underwent heart surgery: Sit-in in front of a clinic in Rabat

About fifty people, relatives and members of the family of a young girl who died after undergoing heart surgery, held a sit-in on Thursday evening in front of the private clinic where the surgical operation took place. This surgical operation that the young girl (12 years old) underwent last Friday was broadcast by videoconference during a scientific seminar taking place in Paris and without the prior authorisation of the family, we learned from the relatives of the deceased. The family was able to recover the young girl's body on Thursday, calling for an investigation to be launched to elucidate the circumstances of the death.

Furthermore, it was impossible to contact the clinic's officials for further information on the young girl's death.
